Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International Returns
Please be aware that for items shipped outside the United States, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Size Confirmation and Customer Responsibility
Before dispatching your order, we may contact you to confirm sizing and other product details. By confirming these details, you acknowledge that the size and fit meet your requirements. Therefore:
- Returns based solely on sizing discrepancies or changes of mind (customer error) will be treated as “customer remorse” returns.
- In such cases, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item was confirmed as the correct size and fit prior to shipment.
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
This clause is intended to ensure clarity regarding product specifications and to protect both our customers and our business.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of phone wallpapers are final, and no refunds or returns will be provided after purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), the fastest method is to return the original item and then place a separate order for the new item. Please contact us to discuss your options before initiating a return based on sizing issues.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after the refund is approved, please contact us at info@minihomy.com.
