Shipping policy
Order Processing: Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time: Europe Orders will be shipped from various fulfillment centers.
- Average transit times:
- United States and Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Europe: 6 - 10 business days
- Note: Uncontrollable circumstances like natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause shipping delays. Exact delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided for every order. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Order Cancellation: Cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, contact us via email at info@minihomy.com with the subject line "CANCEL".
Return Policy for Physical Products:
- Accept returns: Yes
- Return window: Customers have 90 days from the delivery date to initiate returns.
- Return method: Returns can be processed in-store or by mail.
- Item condition: Products must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Restocking fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to returned products.

Return reasons and fees:
- Customer responsibility (remorse): Customers can initiate return requests within 7 days of receiving the items. Returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will incur a 20% restocking fee. Certain items like clothing must be unworn with original tags and packaging. Some items like swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or the item was damaged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Defective: The cost of return shipping for defective items is covered.
- Return Policy for Digital Products (Phone Wallpapers): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of phone wallpapers are final, and no refunds or returns will be provided after purchase.
Incorrect Address Information: If you entered incorrect address information, reply to your order confirmation email or email us at info@minihomy.com within 24 hours to provide the correct information. After shipment, responsibility for incorrect address entry lies with the customer, and no returns can be made.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For international returns: Please be aware that for items shipped outside the United States, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
After Shipment: Changes to the address cannot be made after the shipment has been dispatched. Ensure correct and updated address information to avoid delays or losses. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Other Shipping Responsibilities: We do not bear responsibility for possible delays, losses, or damages during the shipping and delivery process. We will do our best to assist you in case of such situations.
Return and Refund Policy: No returns can be made if you entered an incorrect address after the shipment has been dispatched. Refer to our Return Policy for return and refund requests.
Damaged Item: If your physical item arrives damaged, email us at info@minihomy.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will send a replacement free of charge.
